14 arrested for terrorising Mushin residents

Lagos State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of fourteen suspected cult members for allegedly terrorising Mushin residents.

The command’s spokesperson, Deputy Suprindent of Police, DSP, Patricia Amadin, said the suspects were arrested yesterday at Mushin Area of Lagos.

He noted that the suspected cultists had continuously unleashed a reign of terror on the residents of Mushin and Idi-Oro Areas of Lagos.

Amadi on behalf of the state Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, urged residents to be calm and continue to furnish the police with intelligence reports.

Owoseni also warned all cult members and robbers that the command would employ all legal means within its disposal to decisively deal with them and their sponsors and benefactors.
