2015 elections: Smooth and peaceful accreditation process recorded so far in Ifako Ijaiye

Residents of Ifako-ijaiye local government area of Lagos state have so far been orderly in going about the accreditation process in the state.

From the various polling units visited by our reporters, people were seen going about the process in an orderly manner.

At some polling units visited, there were large turn out of prospective voters while the number was few in certain polling units.

The card readers have functioned well with only one issue of failure  recorded at Polling Unit 013, Ward 3 in Ifako Ijaiye.

INEC officials arrived early and accreditation of voters started exactly at 8 am.

So far, no issue of violence or misconduct has been reported as security personnel are seen patrolling the major roads within the local government.
