Buhari chooses Ndoma-Egba, Ekere as NDDC Chairman, MD

ABUJA – President Muhammadu Buhari sent to the Senate a letter designating previous Deputy Governor of Akwa-Ibom State, Mr. Nsima Ekere and previous Senate Leader, Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba, as the Managing Director and the Chairman individually of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).

It was affirmed that the selection letter sent to Senate President Bukola Saraki yesterday, might be perused on the floor of the Senate today. Former Commissioner of Information and Communications, Rivers State, Mrs Ibim Semenitari has been the Acting MD of the NDDC since December 21, 2015.
